STEP 1: Fill-in your visa application form on this website.
On the site:
1. Click “not yet registered.”
2. Provide your details for new user registration. A confirmation will be sent to your e-mail. Please click the link and input a password.
3. Press “create a new electronic visa application form.”
4. Enter the details in the electronic visa application. Review it before clicking “Submit.”
5. Check your e-mail as you will receive a confirmation with a PDF form of the application. Print and sign this form.
STEP 2: Gather all the documents stated above.
STEP 3: Schedule an appointment with VFS Global.
On the site:
1. Log-in using the details you used in your application form.
2. Click “schedule for an appointment.” Fill in the details and click “Continue”.
3. Add the applicants.
4. Select the preferred schedule and book your appointment.
5. Print the appointment letter and bring it to your appointment.
STEP 4: Submit your visa application with required and supporting documents at the Belgium Visa Application Centre on the day you set an appointment.
