List of Visa Free Countries for Malaysian Passport Holders [Extra Tips for Visa on Arrival & Evisa]
Malaysian Passport is one of the top passports in Asia with regard to travel freedom. Malaysian citizens can travel to 176 countries and territories in the world visa-free or on visa on arrival; they are 13th in the Henley Passport Index. They can also easily visit most of the Muslim countries in the world that is quite hard for some USA passport holders.
However, it’s going to be a challenge to travel all of the countries; since you can only travel to Israel for Christian pilgrims only and a travel ban on North Korea. However, don’t let that bring you down; there are more than a hundred other countries to choose from.

Europe – Schengen Areas for Malaysian Passport Holders
For the following countries, A Malaysian Passport holder can enjoy 90 days within any 180 day period in the Schengen Area.
What does this 90/180 rule mean? It means you can only travel around Schengen Areas for a maximum of 90 days within half a year. So if you entered EU on January 1, and spent traveling from January 1 – March 30, a total of 90 days, then you need to exit EU and return after 180 days – July 1. Another example would be entering on January 1-30 (30 days), exiting on January 31st then going back in traveling on March 1-30 (another 30 days), exiting again and going back on June 1-30 (another 30 days), so you need to exit on June 31st and come back for another 90 days starting July 1.
