I know there are many of you who are having trouble with your visa applications but may not be able to afford my visa coaching service... So, Jonathan and I are starting a new service - a personalized cover letter writing service for your visa applications (tourist or residency visa).
A well-written cover letter is one of the most important factors in most visa applications. It is your chance to explain who you are, why you are traveling and to show that you are a real person, not just another application form!
We know from experience how difficult it can be to explain your situation and personal relationships to someone who doesn't know you and you feel may be judging you, especially on paper!
With nearly 6 years of travel and visa application experience, we know how to present your personal situation and travel plans in a concise and honest letter, so that the consul can make the best decision possible.
Important - Please remember that the decision of whether to grant or deny a visa depends entirely on the consul. We work to present your case in the best way possible, however the consul will base their decision on a number of other factors, such as finances, reasons for travel, home ties, travel history and many others.
WHO IS THIS SERVICE FOR?
If you are applying for a Visa to any country which requires you to submit an application form and supporting documents, either through email or by mail, then your visa application should be accompanied by a Visa Application Cover Letter. We know that you are looking at a blank sheet of paper, trying to figure out what information to give and how to phrase it, and that's perfectly normal. We have been there too, many times! Some people would even copy a format online thinking that it’s enough for them to use.
If this all sounds familiar, then this service is for you! We have the experience to know the best way to describe your situation to the consul, to improve your chances of a positive result from your visa application.
WHY YOU SHOULD AVAIL THIS SERVICE?
Applying for a visa is time-consuming, stressful and usually expensive. On top of the cost of the application itself, you need to add on the cost of multiple trips to the embassy, gathering and printing all your documents and any other extra costs as well.
If you are going through all of this for one visa application then you don't want to risk the success of your application over something like a poorly written letter. Having a professionally-written cover letter, tailored to your personal situation will allow you to focus on your application form, your documents and your performance in the interview (if needed). Just one personalized letter that you can tweak and use for your other visa applications.
$50USD for a 72 hour service and $100USD for expedited 24 hour service. (These times are for the 1st draft)
We can make minor edits within 24 hours of sending the first draft.

WHY SHOULD YOU TRUST OUR TIPS & SERVICES?
I am Kach Medina Umandap - Howe, a Proud Pinay traveler. I also went through the same hassle and nightmares like you especially when I was a newbie traveler. I was always anxious about getting a visa and passing through Immigration Officers (I know that exact feeling). It is absurd and I don’t want anyone to feel this way anymore, so I’m here to help! :) You can read my personal visa application experiences on the blog or here.
I have already visited 121 countries across the 7 continents-- all with my Philippines Passport. My husband helped me in writing most of my cover letters to support my visa applications. You can also read all of my visa application articles here.
