2. Two Passport-sized photo with white background and not older than 6 months – (35-40 mm width) paste your photo (not staple) on the designated space of the application form, altered photos are not accepted 

3. Original Passport and one copy - Passport must have at least two blank pages and valid for at least 3 months after the date of stay in the Schengen Area. Photocopy of the bio-page and pages with stamps or visa stickers.

4. Documentation of Previous Travels Abroad - example are old passports

5. Photocopy of Round trip Airline Ticket Reservation – it is not required to pay or buy the ticket until the visa is granted. It should show your entry and exit to Malta and all Schengen countries, including from the Philippines.
