Botswana Tourist Visa Requirements
1. Passport with copy – passport must be valid for at least 6 months. Copy of the first two pages is required.
2. Completed Application Form - duly accomplished, scanned with the picture
3. Passport Sized-Photo - 3x4 cm, colored, attach this to the application form
4. Travel Itinerary
5. Hotel Booking or Letter from Host in Botswana
