Skyroam’s policy on connectivity

Skyroam is very clear in their FAQ page that as the hotspot is reliant on local cellular/mobile networks in the country you are visiting, they cannot guarantee that it will work everywhere, all of the time. They do, however, promise to investigate all connectivity issues and to replace service days where the connection was not good enough. Seems fair enough to us!
