3. Original Passport and copies of visas and stamped pages - Passport must be issued in the past 10 years and valid for a minimum of 3 months beyond the intended date of leaving Moldova. If minors, pass the birth certificate and the passport of the legal representative.

4. Hotel Booking - it must be accredited with Moldova. Here is the list of accommodations that are in accordance with their law.

5. Travel Itinerary  - describes what you will do in the Republic of Moldova. 

6. Proof of Sufficient Funds - It should be at least EUR 300 but if more than 10 days, EUR 30 per day. You can pass Bank Certificate or Statements, Credit Card, Cash or Travelers Check.

7. Invitation - This must be issued by the Bureau for Migration and Asylum (not required for Philippine Passport Holders) or, the resident’s permit or valid Visa issued by a member state of the European Union or of States Parties to the Schengen Agreement.

8. Reservation of Return Ticket – it is not required to pay or buy the ticket until a visa is granted or if you are traveling by car, submit your driver’s license, green card, and vehicle registration.
