One of our stops in Rabat, the capital of Morocco, is the Kasbah of the Udayas. It is one of the main tourist attractions in the city and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

This city is the oldest in Morocco. Fez is famous for its Fes El Bali, a UNESCO Heritage Site, and is the oldest walled part of Fez!

We started our road trip from Dihya desert camp in the Sahara desert of Erg Chebbi, passed through Ziz Valley of palm trees, and had a stopover to see the panoramic view of the middle atlas mountains.

We spent our night under the stars filled with drum music in a Berber-style luxurious desert camp! It's a proper bucket list item if you're visiting Morocco!

We left Marrakech early and headed straight to Ait Ben Haddou, which is located in Ouarzazate province. Ait Ben Haddou is home to one of Morocco's world heritage sites and is famous for its Kasbah and fortified village. The stunning clay architecture of this town has been there since the 11th century. With its beauty, this is a renowned filming spot for international film producers!

We were really glad to start the tour in the afternoon, meaning we could sample the more adventurous options on offer (lamb's head, for example!) and taste a lot of street food!

Today, we went to Le Jardin Majorelle. They will be closing for the season and will be open again in October! Yay! ❤️

I'm in Morocco to run my first group tour with Two Monkeys Tours & Immigration Services Ltd.. I'm so gutted as I was supposed to lead 20 people; however, some rescheduled to our November 2021 trip. So now we'll have a private tour for 5 people! Really excited for everyone!

I literally just met Ate Jannet last Monday; she has already cooked Paksiw na Isda, made Gin & Tonic, and prepared a fruit smoothie (all for me)! We also finished a bottle of Rose together!
