1. Check Your Documents Or IDs
One of the best places to find MID is through your documents or IDs. Some companies also print out the Pag-IBIG, SSS, TIN, and Philhealth numbers on the Company ID, so it’s easier for them. Another option on where to check is through your payslip, as information may be placed there.
If you also have a Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card, like me, then you can see your MID number there.
2. Call Your Employer
You can contact your employer if they are deducting you HDMF contributions, as they know your PAG-Ibig Number. The departments with that information are usually Accounting, HR, or Administration. They may have a database with your details on it.
In case you have resigned from your employer, some data may be retained especially if it hasn’t been long. If you resigned 5 years ago, it would be challenging as they may have deleted it or changed their system.
3. Go To The Pag-IBIG Website
You have two choices on what to do on the Pag-IBIG Website.
One is to chat with their agent. The chat icon is located in the lower right corner of your screen.
Enter your details like your complete name and e-mail address or contact number. You can also wait for an agent to attend to you, but please do note that you may not be immediately attended to due to many inquiries. They may contact you back thru your contact number or e-mail.
The other option is verifying your MID. You click the link above and press “Be a Member.” Then choose the option “Verify MID No.”
Enter the details asked of you. Then you will be given your Membership ID. Please note that if you don’t have these details, you may want to try other options below.

Those are the ways on how to know your lost Pag-IBIG Membership ID Number. As we don’t have a database nor are affiliated with Pag-IBIG, we cannot give you your Pag-IBIG MID No. Please do refrain from commenting on your personal information but follow at least one of the steps above. It’s pretty easy, and Pag-IBIG is one of the most accessible GOCC. Good luck!
