This city is the oldest in Morocco. Fez is famous for its Fes El Bali, a UNESCO Heritage Site, and is the oldest walled part of Fez!🙌🏽

We started our morning with a sightseeing tour in Fez. Our first stop is the Royal palace gate, located in the heart of Fes El Jdid. This gate is said to be one of the ancient gates built in the thirteenth century.😍

After that, we walked towards the Jewish quarter then to the spot where we can see the picturesque view of the old Medina.🤩

Other stops of our walking tour in Fez include Kairaouine Mosque, known to be the world's oldest university and the second-largest mosque in Morocco, Al Attarine is a Madrassa, a school where you can purchase local perfume & spice, and is considered a historical landmark symbolizing Fez's educational background. Lastly, Bou Inania Madrasa, an educational institution in Fez built by the Marinid dynasty in the 14th century.❤️

I also made sure that Choura Tannery, one of the world-famous tanneries of Fez, is included in this itinerary! The tanneries are a unique part of the Fez culture and are among the best things to do on any Fez trip!✨

Our 7 days trip is almost over and glad that our tour participants are enjoying it.. Some of them decided to extend! Yay! Still so many beautiful places to visit but I can’t wait to see my cats so have to be back home to Montenegro next week. hahaha 😍🤗
