Expat Life in Montenegro Day 461: 3 day motorbike trip in the North of Montenegro 🏍
Jonathan and I are currently on a 3-day motorbike trip in the North of Montenegro which is our first time! There are still restrictions within the country but you don’t need to wear masks etc in the National Parks but we’ve been mostly on our own (without the crowds)
Visiting some towns of Pluzine, Zabljak, and Kolasin as well as seeing the beautiful Durmitor National Park, Tara Canyon Bridge, Komovi Regional Park, and the Biogradska Gora among others.😍
Ate Grieza and her husband is our “tour guide” as they’ve been living in Montenegro for 5 years now and been to most of these places ❤️
We’re only doing short trips because we have 6 crazy cats at home 😬😬 My first time to ride our new bike, Gunther (BMW F650GS) but as you know Jonathan and I are into motorbike trips since our Vietnam days in 2013 🏍
Really loving this route and trip so far - great food, beautiful scenery, and we even went swimming at the Black Lake. It was cold but hey we went swimming with penguins in Antarctica before so this is fine!! Haha
During winter, there is snow and you can go skiing and the whole scenery is different! ❤️
