Expat Life in Montenegro Day 462: Filipinas in Montenegro Dinner Gathering
Filipino food time in Podgorica (the capital city of Montenegro)! 😬
Actually not Filipino food because we had pizza and sushi for our main meal but I requested lumpia and kaldereta from Ate Mich. 😬
As you know there are already few Filipinas here in Montenegro and I’m so glad to find my small circle of Pinay friends aside from all of our ex-pat friends here! 😬
If you followed our adventure then you know that Jonathan and I always find great people to hang out with and having my own “people” then it’s much more fun! 😬
So, Ate Grieza is there with her husband, Kristine (who I attended a birthday party last July and she’s been living here for 5 years with her Montenegrin husband), Ate Carmela who just gave birth the day after the party was with her Scottish husband and of course Ate Mich who is our host in their gorgeous home with her family (she and her husband are American Diplomats)❤️
We celebrated Steven (Ate Carmela’s husband) birthday 😍 Just a great timing because we were actually in Podgorica to get Jonathan’s motorbike that was being fixed!
Ah how about you guys who are living abroad, have you found your tribe? ❤️
