Expat Life in Montenegro Day 787: Home sweet home in Montenegro!
Home sweet home in 🇲🇪 MONTENEGRO! Been back home for almost two weeks now after my work /holiday trip to the Maldives and Sri Lanka. More real-time posts on my personal account, @kach.howe 😘
So happy to be able to catch up with my good friends - old and new since I returned home even though I tell them that I’m currently on “alcohol detox” since Sri Lanka but still had few drinks but not as much as before. Haha! I’m back to working out and doing more yoga, meditation, and Pilates lately! Really want to get my morning routine back and wake up with energy at 5 am every day.
I also got invited to speak at the IPC Tehnopolis event on how Montenegro can attract more Digital Nomads to the country which I hope will make a difference in my adopted country!
So many things to deal with since I arrived home - from my ongoing house renovation (guest room, bathroom, and laundry room) will share more on the stories, my divorce, and all the harassment from his family and my neighbor (who is my ex’s friend and making my home life a little bit miserable so I will leave the house that I own but I won’t leave and I finally reported them to the Police so I’ll be at least protected) aside from all the pending online work.
Feeling more in control of my life so I know I can handle all of these things breezily and so grateful to have an amazing support system and my sweet cats!! ❤️😍🥰
