IPAMS (Industrial Personnel and Management Services), Inc. is the only accredited recruited or Saudia Airlines in the Philippines. You may pass your application online or have a walk-in for an initial assessment.

How to Apply for Flight Attendant Jobs in Saudia Airlines

STEP 1: Update your Resume and pass an application to IPAMS as they are the official agency for Saudia.

STEP 2: Wait for them to reply. Usually, they will give you a schedule of when to come in for the screening and interview.

STEP 3: Go to the venue. It’s preferable if you do the following:

Bring

  • Original and photocopy of VALID (at least 1 year) passport

  • Updated Resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV)

  • Pictures – Full body and passport-sized

Dress: Business attire, below the knee skirt and shows not much skin, tie your hair in a bun

You will be asked to fill up a screening form and submit your requirements.

STEP 4: The first part is the Initial Assessment. You will do the reach test; you need to reach that without heels on – with your left, right, and both arms. Your BMI will also be assessed; you may pass if you have the average BMI.

However, you may be asked to come back again if you reached the correct BMI. For example, you need 1 kilo more; then, you can be asked to go back in a few weeks after gaining weight.   

STEP 5: The next step is the Initial Interview. You will be having a self-introduction, walk in front of the assessors, and have your arms and legs checked.

STEP 6: After that, you will need to wait to be contacted again for the final interview. It might take a long time since the recruiters from Saudia Airlines.

On the Final Interview, make sure your height and weight are still proportional. The recruiters will also check your face, arms, and posture. You will be interviewed; usually, the first question is "Tell me about yourself." The next questions will depend on your CV and the interviewer.

STEP 7: You will receive a text message saying, "Congratulations, you have passed." And you may be asked to go back to the IPAMS office to fill up forms and have instructions for your training.

STEP 8: There will be a 2 months training at Prince Sultan Aviation Academy in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. All expenses are care of by the airlines, and you will have a training allowance. You will be given a uniform or Abaya since it’s a Muslim Country.

STEP 9: The next part is the Line Check that will be conducted by a Senior FA. If you don’t pass the Line Check, you might undergo another set of training.

STEP 10: If you pass all the steps, you will get your license or wings to be a Cabin Crew. Congratulations, you are now an official Saudia Flight Attendant!
