How to Apply for Flight Attendant Jobs in AirAsia Philippines
STEP 1: Update your Resume and pass an application to AirAsia’s Website. Click “Apply Now” and follow the instructions. Make sure your e-mail and contact number are active.
STEP 2: Wait for them to reply. Usually, they will give you a schedule for screening and interview if your profile matches the application.
STEP 3: Go to the venue. It’s preferable if you do the following:

Original and photocopy of VALID (at least 1 year) passport
Updated Resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV)
Dress code: Business attire
Ladies: Knee-Length Skirt and Full Make-up
Gentlemen: Corporate Attire
STEP 4: The first part is the Physical Check. They will check if you have the minimum height required and if your BMI is normal. You may be asked to come back again for the next step.
STEP 5: On the next step, you will be asked to walk, smile, and your arms. You will also have a self-introduction or will be questioned for 10 seconds. Your number will be called if you pass.
(P.S. There might be instances that you will need to pass an English Test)
STEP 6: After that, all remaining applicants will be grouped. Then you will be asked to perform and showcase your talents as a group—usually, 10 minutes practice for a 5-minute performance. Have teamwork and make sure you will stand out.
STEP 7: On the next step, you will have the final interview. Usually, it will be done by the panel. There might be times that you will skip this part as per experiences shared last 2018 Open Day Hiring.
STEP 8: There will be a 2-3 months training; usually, it's at the Training Center of AirAsia in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Accommodation is usually provided for the first two weeks, and also transportation or flight tickets are provided. There is also a bond of 2 years with AirAsia before you start training. You need to pass the tests and drills so that you will not get kicked out.
STEP 9: You will also have experience in service in the airline.
STEP 10: If you pass all the steps, you will be given a job offer and contract signing. Congratulations, you are now an official AirAsia All Star!

13. How much is the salary of a Flight Attendant in AirAsia Philippines?
That will depend on your flight hours and allowances. Let's say your basic pay is PHP 12,000, and you have 70 flight hours for the month (70 * 200 = 14,000), 20 sectors (20 * 200 = 4,000) and PHP 5000 commission. So your take-home pay will be PHP 35,000 plus other allowances less deductions like taxes, premiums, etc.; it's quite a good sum of money!
