Expat Life in Montenegro Day 526: Enjoying our life here in Montenegro
Jonathan and his new “creation”
As you guys know, Jonathan is enjoying our life here in Montenegro because he has a garden and a proper kitchen.. been making a lot of random things from Kombucha, chili sauce, and other food!
So last week, we’re “harvesting” the last veggies from the garden and one of those is his massive butternut squash!
Instead of making a pumpkin soup, he decided to make chutney with squash, mango, and apple! Really delicious and perfect for side dishes
We also have our good friends, Irena and Ranko, who came to visit us last week for BBQ and to talk about our new business venture!
Having amazing friends and good food = peaceful life!! Just really hope that Jonathan gets into baking so I can have carrot cake every day
