Expat Life in Montenegro Day 527: November Sailing in Boka Bay, Montenegro ⛵️

I know that I should post more sailing stories on this page but we don’t have a boat again (yet) so that’s why we’re so happy to have friends who have boats.

We’ve sailed many times around the Boka Bay but it’s always a relaxing and amazing feeling to be on a water.. last November 01, we went on a curry and sailing day on our friend’s Hanse 385 sailboat. if we had that boat I think we’d be living aboard for more than 2 years!

It was a fun day hanging out with other expats friends who’ve been living here in Montenegro for many years (they are mostly British/ Irish / Australian)

Trevor cooked chicken curry while Elaine prepared naan bread while Jonathan and I brought the rice!

Jonathan even went swimming, he said it’s kinda cold but it seems to be normal for local Montenegrins to go swimming here even if it’s November already!

Hope we can have a small boat by next year so we can bring friends and visitors on day sailing trips!
