Ecuador Tourist Visa Requirements
1. Valid and Current Passport – Original and Copy of all pages
2. Colored Passport Sized Photo – 2 x 2 inches, recently taken with white background, JPG format with less than 1MB, recently taken
3. Original Certificate of Criminal Record – NBI clearance from your country of origin or where you lived for the last five years. It must be Apostilled or Legalized. Its validity is only 180 days from issuance dates, so once it’s more than that, then you will need to ask again.
4. Accredited Legal Means of Life that allow the sustenance of the applicant and his dependent family. This must be following the Protocol to Accredit Legal Livelihoods that Justify the Subsistence of the Applicant and his Dependent Family Group in the Processes of Visa. As per the Philippine Consulate, Bank Account statements for the last 4 months from the date of visa application.
5. Regular Stay in Force in Country where the Visa Applies; Proof of Economic Ties in the Philippines - e.g, Certificate of Employment, Business Registration, etc.

Step-By-Step Guide On Getting A Ecuador Tourist Visa (Option 1)
STEP 1: Scan all documents ahead. Send them to the Ecuador Consulate in Indonesia - ecuadorindonesia@gmail.com.
STEP 2: You will receive a reply. Pay then the fees. USD 450 will be paid plus an additional USD 5 for international bank transfers.
STEP 3: Your documents will be verified. Once it is done, you will have a video conference with a consul officer so that your identity may be verified.
STEP 4: If you are granted. You may be asked to send your passport and documents. Arrange a carrier to have your passport sent back to you.

STEP 4: Please check your e-mail for your user name and password. Log-in again.

STEP 1: Log-in to your account at this website.
It’s better to have google translate on your phone so that you could easily understand.
STEP 2: Select Tramites Consulares (Consular Formalities.) Then Aqui Solicite sus Tramites cosiares. (Here apply for your consular procedures.)
STEP 3: Choose the nearest consulate. As per the Consulate in the Philippines, the application is in Indonesia not anymore in Malaysia. Click Solicitud de Visas.
STEP 4: Upload the documents required. Those stated in the requirements may be attached to available space.
STEP 5: Pay the consular fee.
STEP 6: Once the fee is paid, the consulate will validate it. You will need to schedule an appointment and attend it. You might be asked to go to the nearest consulate or have an interview via video.
STEP 7: Wait for the decision of the approval of your visa. You will then have to send your passport to the Embassy.
