Now that our house renovation (first phase) is done then I’ve been inviting our local and ex-pat friends to come over for lunch!

I was out again with my friend Irena in the afternoon after her work to a beach spot that I’ve never been before - she said it’s called Blue Horizon.

Christine invited me for lunch at her house in Tivat with Ate Grieza but I was so surprised to find a “Boodle fight” set up with a lot of Pinoy food! Haha😂

I found a spot where I can go snorkeling instead of just sunbathing near our house so I’ve been spending my early morning or sunset swimming on my own 🤗

This weekend was great! I spent Saturday attending a Pinoy birthday party then on Sunday, I had a BBQ party with my local Montenegrin friends.

Ahhhhh!! The first phase of #TheStoneHowes renovation project is almost finished!🤪 I know I’ve already been updating you since we bought the house in November (actually bought it last week of October but moved in Nov) and when we started the renovation in the second week of January..but sharing more before and after photos!!

Yesterday, I attended my Pinay friend’s birthday party (Ate Kristine) and met up with other Filipino friends who are living here in Montenegro.

When Jonathan was designing our extension to add a bathroom, I requested to have a small corner so I can have an office table for my online work.

This is a custom made kitchen designed by Jonathan and our kitchen designer. Most of the cabinets have push mechanism and the countertop we use is made from Kerrock. 😍

Our bathroom extension photos.. so happy with the result! Still, minor things to get fixed but it is already gorgeous!! 😍

I really want our bedroom to be minimalist and decided to get gray furniture because of our crazy cats scratching everything! 😋

Another productive week so far. they’ve been finishing our bathroom and my home office this week - adding the wooden floor and painting the walls! 😆 and I think it will all be done this week and they’ll work on our facade next week 🥰

More progress on our house and I think I’d be able to move back to the main building this weekend. 😬 Last month, I commissioned a modern / pop artwork to put on our living room and I was able to pick it up yesterday! 😍

They’ve been working on the tiles of our bathroom and I think we’ll have our bathtub installed within this week then they’ll start on my home office before they do the facade of our building extension! 

So happy with how my painting project turned out! Changed from green / yellow combination to white / blue. I chose the paint on a catalog and it’s called Blessed Blue.

More progress last week on the house and I think our house will be done in less than a month but it would take me time to furnish as I have to wait for Jonathan to be able to return home.

More progress in our house this month. They finally installed the Tarkett wooden floor for our main bedroom and today they’d be finishing the skirting so I can start moving furniture.
