Expat Life in Montenegro Day 405: Been inviting our local and expat friends!
Now that our house renovation (first phase) is done then I’ve been inviting our local and ex-pat friends to come over for lunch!
Hesitant to share my cooking/ food photos because my mom is not satisfied with how I cook but at least it’s not burnt anymore and I’m slowly improving! Hahaha
It’s mussels/ tahong season here so I’ve been baking it with the recipe I’ve learned from Ate Grieza. Haha❤️
Today, our American friends (Nadia and Tom), went on a 3 hour hike starting from our little village then we had seafood lunch! Then the other day, I’ve met an American couple who just arrived in Montenegro after traveling for 3 months in Croatia :)
Then of course our local Montenegrin friends and our contractors! Haha :)
We’ll be hosting more lunch and dinners soon when Jonathan gets back and I can’t wait for our swimming pool to be built so we can have big parties! Haha 😬
