First Phase Update - Montenegro Stone House Renovation Journey (Day 173)
Ahhhhh!! The first phase of #TheStoneHowes renovation project is almost finished!🤪
We’ve done the following in the last 6 months including massive jobs of building an extension, changing an entire floor, and rebuilding the stonewalls!
✔️ Main Bedroom
✔️ Kitchen
✔️ Living Room
✔️ One Guest Room
✔️ Bathroom
✔️ Home Office
✔️ Painting the terrace / windows/ door
Just finishing up the facade of our extension, installing the glass divider on our bedroom, fixing the electrical wiring, and another minor paintwork!
All the hard work, headaches, and expenses are worth it! 😍😍
I know I’ve already been updating you since we bought the house in November (actually bought it last week of October but moved in Nov) and when we started the renovation in the second week of January..but sharing more before and after photos!!
What a huge difference! 😍 We’ll be taking a break for a few months to save up money again and will be doing our 2 more guest rooms, swimming pool area, outdoor/ summer kitchen, and Jonathan’s garden!! 😍😍
