Expat Life in Montenegro Day 348: Visited another coastal town and had Filipino food for snacks.
Happy day yesterday.. finally able to get out of the house and visit another coastal town since the government already lifted the strict lockdown.
So yesterday, I went to Tivat which is a just a short drive for me to reach the ferry to cross. I could drive thru Kotor but it’s faster to take the ferry and pay 4 Euro.
I picked up a local Grandma who was trying to Hitchhike and dropped her to her house before I went to different stores to pay our balance fees for some items we pre-ordered for the house.
Then, I visited Ate Christine’s house and had Filipino food for snacks - maja blanca, siopao and buko pandan that she all prepared!! I also got siomai, longganisa and kare kare for takeout! Hahaha 🤪🤪
I also brought home new plants (mostly Asian!) that I can plant in our garden! So happy and now more appreciative of being able to go out freely!!🙏🏽🙏🏽
