How to Apply for Flight Attendant Jobs in Philippine Airlines

STEP 1: Update your Resume and pass an application to PAL's website. Click “Apply Now” and follow the instructions. Make sure your e-mail and contact number are active.

STEP 2: Wait for them to reply. Usually, they will give you a schedule for screening and interview.

STEP 3: Go to the venue. It’s preferable if you do the following:

Bring an Updated Resume
2 Passport-sized photos with business attire
Passport Copy
Diploma copy or Transcript of Records
Wear Business attire
- For women, sleeveless collared, below-the-knee skirt, no stockings, blazers are optional
- For men, short-sleeve polo and pants, blazers are optional

STEP 4: You will have an Initial Medical Examination. It's fast and can last up to 5 minutes, where they will check if you have the desired height and if your weight is proportional to your height. Eye vision is also checked, and they prefer 20-20 vision. Color blindness test is also done.

STEP 5: If you pass, then the next step is an Impact Interview. You might have to be with a group but focus on your interviewer. The interviewer asks you to smile, check your skin, and asks you to walk. Then you'll have a brief interview like "Tell me about yourself." You’ll need to give your best here to be remembered and to have the opportunity to go to the next step.

You will be then interviewed by an Executive Panel alone. Then you will be going to the next process.

STEP 6: After that, you will be given an Integrity Test, which might be done in another day. This is like an IQ Exam. If you pass, then you will be going to the next step.

STEP 7: On the next step, you will have another executive panel interview, one of which is the president. You might be asked to wear PAL’s scarf, then casual clothes, and let down your hair. It’s kind of a physical check to help them visualize you as a PAL Flight Attendant.

STEP 8: There will be a 1-4 months training at the Main Office of Philippine Airlines. Almost every day, you will have an exam, so you need to do your best. The passing rate is high, and there are limited retakes. In case you always fail, you might be advised to leave the training. There are also graded drills.

STEP 9: After your training, you will have a Supervised Line Experience; you will observe the crew and be guided by your supervisors. Then Line Check, which you will act as a Cabin Crew. You will also be asked questions with regards to what you have learned.

STEP 10: If you pass all the steps, you can start as a Flight Attendant. Congratulations, you are now an official Flight Attendant of PAL!
