Sailing Life Day 64: Sunday Fun Day with Two Cats Sailing here in Luperon, Dominican Republicš¤£š
Since weāre Two Monkeys Sailing, I think after I finish my big projects this year.. Iāll start vlogging about our Two Cats Sailing! š¤£š
I started the day early and watched the sunrise with Captain Ahab! Still dark before that and we can see the full moon clearly!šāļø
First, we still have to make them comfortable with each other..itās the 3rd day now since we brought Ishi The Sea Cat and I can slowly see his personality... heās very sweet but I know heās a bossy little one while Captain Ahab was soo giving and patient! Ha, feels like Jonathan and me! Hahahaš¤Ŗš¤Ŗ Hopefully when Ishi gets fixed soon heāll be more submissive with Captain Ahab! Heās always going to be the boss of this life!
They are now getting closer but the small kitten still hisses at him.. what shall I do and how can I know if Captain Ahab is unhappy? He just follow and watch Ishi everywhere.. he still eats a lot but doensāt like playing with Jonathan todayš
Anyway, we left for few hours to attend a Sailors / Cruisers meeting with the Navy Officers about the rules of living on a boat here in the Luperon Harbour.. basically, there will be additional fees of around $170 if we plan to stay for 6 months! Letās see how it goes.. š We also ate lunch at the Las Velas restaurant during the meeting - Jonathan had his hamburger while I ate a local Octopus dish! Then we did another chiropractic treatment with Hans for our back issues- mine is lower back!
We werenāt able to attend the church today but Iāve been listening to Pastor Ed Lapiz on youtube (my mom keep insisting I listen to him) and Iāll let you know.. š
Ha, itās almost the end of the month! Can you tell me the highlights of your month? What are you grateful for this April? What have you accomplished, were you able to reach your personal goals? If not, you can still do it this MAY!! ā¤ļø Tomorrow, will be writing again o my monthly gratitude diary.. itās just going backwards than forward (goal-setting). Who else does this?
P.S. Our highlight this April is adopting ISHI the Sea Cat!
