The weather in Montenegro is getting better and warmer so the progress in our construction is getting faster 🙏🏽

It seems like building a new concrete house is way cheaper and faster than renovating an old classic stonehouse - no regrets as it’s totally worth all the investment 😍

We’re currently renovating 2 rooms - our main bedroom then a guest-room with a new bathroom aside from our kitchen and living room. We also added an extension for bathroom and a mini-office for me to use. It’s a lot of work and the expenses is piling up way more than our budget. 😬🤣😅

Our dream of having a boutique hotel will be postponed for now but will make sure our other bedrooms will be ready for our family and friends when they visit. ✈️

So Jonathan and I are making a tough decision to hopefully finish the first phase of our house renovation project until end of April and then would take a break until our finances would recover as our income is slowly being affected by the Ncov situation (travel restrictions) since we’re in travel industry. Hopefully things will get back to normal soon 🙏🏽

But here’s the progress - the guest bedroom will be finish next week then our kitchen and custom cabinets are being built somewhere else! They are also preparing the white sand now to fix the pointing of our stone walls! 🤩

Exciting days ahead and hopefully everything will run smoothly so we can have a beautiful villa which is the home of our 5 cats!! Haha❤️❤️
