Kach Solo Travels in 2021: Historical Guided tour to the Cistern

Just arrived and so many places to visit in Houston but yesterday I went on a Historical Guided tour to the Cistern which is managed by Buffalo Bayou Partnership.

Still not a lot is written about this place and they’ve said it’s one of Houston’s best well-kept secrets ❤️

It’s an underground water reservoir that was built in 1926 but is now being used as a cool art attraction featuring great artists! So cool experience mixing old and modern style!

Our tour guide, Rosemarie was very knowledgeable and has an amazing voice as she sang as well during the tour!

More places to visit and travel guide to write about.. I’m just getting my groove and body clock adjusted. Haha 🤪 Thanks @simonebcooking for arranging it and joining me yesterday! ❤️
