Sailing Life Day 77: Getting back to Routine, Friday Yoga Class and Korean Spicy Noodle Challenge
In 2 days time, it will be our first full month since we arrived here in Dominican Republic! What I really like is getting back into a routine esp in the morning! ❤️
Just last year and 2 years ago while traveling full-time, I’ve been always sick on the road especially during this month which is the reason why we slowly decided that we couldn’t live that lifestyle long-term! It’s fun but we didn’t have a routine - no schedule when to eat, sleeping pattern etc. 🤣
But now, we sleep 8 hours (almost or Jonathan stays in bed longer!) per day then I practice yoga on the boat and lately, joining the free yoga class for sailing people at an abandoned building overlooking the Luperon bay! 🙏😍
Then cook our brunch while I do clients calls the whole day unless we’ll go on trips... but night time is for socialization and we’ve been hanging out with another 2 couples just like last night! We’ve had some drinks, popcorn, cheesecake and Korean spicy noodle challenge (2x spicy).. I can eat spicy food but couldn’t handle it so we just watched the guys while tears are coming out from their eyes and their white skin turned into red! Hahaha 🤪
Anyway, what are your plans for the weekend?
Jonathan and I are just going to prepare the boat and will move it to another spot as we just bought a mooring ball that we can own long-term! So it will be safer for us during the Hurricane season which will start next month!
