Expat Life in Montenegro Day 530: Curry night last week in Tivat, Montenegro 😬

One thing that I wish will happen in Montenegro in the next few years is to have more Asian restaurants (Korean, Chinese, Thai, Indian, and Filipino) so just an idea for those thinking of starting a business here as I’ll be your regular client.

But you also have to consider the demand because the population here is only 620K ++ but there are more and more expats/immigrants moving here!

So, when this Indian restaurant opened in Podgorica (the capital of Montenegro) we’ve been really wanting to go and try it but a 2-hour drive just to have curry is just too much. haha!

One of the ex-pat clubs organized a cricket game than a curry night. Jonathan and I went to experience their second event for a curry/naan buffet which is 20 Euro per head! Totally worth it!! the chef and staff are all from New Delhi (that’s what they said) and so happy that the food is a proper authentic Indian dishes!

Happy tummy!! For those living abroad, what cuisines are your favorite to try?
