Kach Solo Travels Day 26: The Work Behind the Traveling Life! 😝

Yesterday lunch time I crossed the border from Bulgaria to Skopje, Macedonia! It’s my 108th country and since it’s not part of the EU, there’s a border control and my passport got stamped... I entered on my Philippines passport with a Schengen visa (if you’ll go here during your Europe trip, make sure you have a MULTIPLE entry!)

I’m also happy to be with my sister again and Kees (her bf) and they went to Serbia, Albania and Kosovo when I went to Romania and Bulgaria.. I’m also going there at the end part of my 2 month trip! 🙂

As you know, I love traveling solo, with Jonathan, with my mom or other friends but traveling with my younger sister is fun too because we’ve been great travel buddies since I brought her with me backpacking in South East Asia in 2013 and since then we’ve visited 13 countries in Asia, South America and now Europe together. ❤️

So, we’ve met up at our brand new 2-bedroom apartment where we will be staying for 5 days. This property is called Moodeight Apartments (Check the Latest Room Rates Here) is a family-owned business.. run by a mother and her 2 daughters which is cool! They turned 8 condo units to a short-term property rental for tourists and the interior decor!

I spent my day yesterday catching up with work.. Yes, I still work a LOT and did around 45 hours of travel coaching since I left to start this trip in 26 days ago.. I try to work really early morning or late at night.. 😂 So it’s been hard when I started going out at night in Bucharest...but hey, life-work balance 🤗

My coaching work is quite demanding aside from taking photos, editing, writing articles and replying to messages / emails.. woohh but I love and really enjoying my coaching services more than the blogging side as I get more satisfaction seeing direct impact with my clients at the same time it helps paying for this travel expenses and our sailing life (and of course, the food for our two cute kittens!) hihi!

I started my morning really early today attending to 5 clients after a night of card and wine drinking session with Krista and Kees! 🤪 We also did our laundry yesterday so we’re set to just explore this afternoon around Skopje!!
