Kach Solo Travels in 2019: Quick tour around the capital, Ashgabat

This is from my 2nd day in Turkmenistan.. after my 3 hours border crossing and 15 hours overnight sleeper train.. my tour guide immediately brought me on a quick tour around the capital, Ashgabat, since I could only check in at my hotel around lunch time! 😊

So without shower and proper sleep, we went to Gulustan or called Russian bazaar in English then a quick trip to their biggest shopping mall (which is really modern and have the best sweet corn!!hahah) then a lovely breakfast in a beautiful cafe that is very western esp with food menu! 😂

I didn’t expect this in this country esp coming from a trip in Uzbekistan and other stans! 🤭
