Kach Solo Travels Day 36 - 38: My 3 Days Stopover in Vienna, Austria
I’ve traveled all over Europe and I can say that VIENNA, you’re so beautiful! 😍😍 I can keep visiting you but I won’t live there because it gets cold during winter! Hehe 😇
It’s really convenient to walk around this city and also to take the public transportations! It’s cheaper compared to other western European cities that I visited before but of course, it’s expensive compared to the Balkans.
I just love it... I was so hesitant because it’s another city stopover but I had an incredible time during my stay! There’s a LOT of tourists so I highly come around September - not that cold and lesser crowd compared to the summer season. You’ll also love the Autumn colors and vibes ❤️ If on my first day, I explored on my own and spent the night watching the Roncalli Circus Performance.. my second day, I met a new friend 👍
So, yesterday I met a Pinay reader who is been living in Vienna for 2 years, just like me she’s 30 years old! She said she’s been following the blog since our Antarctica trip which was in December 2016 and since then continuously read the blog.. so she met me after lunch at my hotel Hotel DAS TRIEST (Check the Latest Room Rates Here) which is perfect because I spent my whole morning with coaching clients and blog work after my yummy breakfast at the hotel.
She arrived and we started walking to different popular attractions in Vienna, then had cocktail drinks at the Skybar in the city center and looked for a restaurant for late lunch. I know I should be easting German / Austrian food but after a month in the Balkans without Asian food access... I needed my Asian fixed.. we were supposed to eat Korean food but then found out that there’s only one restaurant (not really popular) in a hotel that serves Filipino food! So we went and had Bicol Express, Bangus Sisig, Fried Fish, Fried Siopao with atchara and a lot of RICE! Hahaha! We finished all the food so I told Lj that it’s better for us to walk back to the hotel which is almost 3kms away instead of taking the public transport (she bought me a train ticket)💋
We did a quick stop and bought a Rose Prosecco with snacks! Shared a drink at my hotel suite while watching music videos and talking about life then it wasn’t enough so we went to the hotel bar and bought gin & tonic and pińa colada before she returned home! 🤪
Thank you, LJ! ❤️ I had an amazing time! 💋
Anyway, my 2 nights in Vienna is not enough but I have to continue this journey.. next stop: PIRAN, SLOVENIA (for 3 nights) then SAN MARINO (for 3 nights) then MILAN! If you’re around, hope to meet you! ⭐️
